Data/Performance engineer

The ideal candidate will practice all aspects of Performance Measurement including:

• Works closely with the department manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system.
• Assists in Creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services.
• Tracks, Measures, and analyzes company/Department performance measurements set to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Develops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible.
• Develops the skills of the data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information.
• Ensures accurate data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed and makes recommendations for future improvements based on data.
• Maintains a database of all relevant measures per department.
• Conducts root cause analysis and comes up with corrective actions as required.
• Works collaboratively with other staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and improve measurement process.
