Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Prepare reports, assist with administrative tasks, and coordinate them.
- Answer calls and direct them to the right person.
- Gather personal information and inquiries of incoming calls or visitors, and report it daily.
- Arrange meeting rooms reservations for guests and call those who are waiting for them to ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Process employement applications.
- Arrange appointments and update calendars.
Job requirements
- Residency near New Cairo
- Bachelor’s degree
- Presentable
- Good English language proficiency
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Good Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- 0 to 1 year experience
