Octopus by RTG is hiring for a reputable insurance company with headquarters in Riyadh a skilled Application Support Team Lead to join the team.

Overview

Lead a team of application support professionals who provide technical assistance and support for business applications used within an organization. Ensure optimal application performance, user satisfaction, and compliance. Application Support Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to address application issues, drive continuous improvement, and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of critical business applications in addition to managing relationships with different business teams to provide all needed support to fix their issue with IT systems within SLA and work with all related IT teams to solve any system issue that might impact business.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application support with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial/Lead position 
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • PL\SQL Skills
  • ITIL certifications, such as ITIL Foundation, Service Operation, or Service Transition, are preferred.
