Lead, develop, and motivate sales associates to effectively manage and maintain sales and profits.

Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring that targeted sales quotas and productivity standards are met or exceeded.

Ensure that sales staff are appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties.

Manage & control the day-to-day operations on valU booths to maintain a great customer experience.

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving skills in resolving sales-related issues.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

Consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers to drive sales and meet customer needs.
