We're looking for a dynamic, diligent, and money-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll find companies with talent needs that KAMI can fulfill through our offshore recruitment, employer of record and payroll services. You will not only gain valuable experience by regularly interacting with international companies but you will also be generously rewarded with commissions/incentives for successfully closing on leads!

Who are we seeking:

We're looking for a dynamic, diligent, and money-motivated Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll find companies with HR needs that KAMI can fulfill through our next-gen HR Management Solution. You will not only gain valuable experience by regularly interacting with key decision makers, but you will also be generously rewarded with commissions/incentives for successfully closing on leads!

What will you do:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate options and solutions.
  • Utilize CRM systems and booking software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports.
  • Identify potential clients with unmet HR requirements and/or are looking to adopt or upgrade their HR systems.
  • Regularly engage with potential clients to better understand their HR requirements and business objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts

Hard Skill

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in various sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and negotiation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email marketing and an eagerness to develop proposal writing abilities
  • Basic understanding of (or eagerness to quickly learn) software tools commonly used in HR and sales, such as CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and talent management systems.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and tailor communication to different audiences

Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, handle inquiries, and provide information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the unique advantages of KAMI’s HR management system to quickly convince leads to take advantage of our superior offerings!
  • Independent decision-maker, capable of operating under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills to effectively manage multiple client relationships and reach out to even more.
