Job Summary:

In this role, you will be the champion for assigned applications, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and solve customer and stakeholder problems. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining requirements to driving adoption, continuous improvement, and growth within the competitive retail and ecommerce landscape.

Job Description:

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges.
• Analyze existing applications and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement or replacement.
• Conceptualize and launch new product features and growth experiments efficiently and scalably.
• Lead A/B testing and other experiments to identify product opportunities and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and development teams to ensure solutions and applications are built to meet user needs, business goals, and clearly defined requirements, including problem statements, quantifiable goals, and baseline data.
• Manage the launch and adoption of new applications, including user training and documentation.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies to accelerate growth.
• Monitor and report key growth metrics like MRR, CRR, CLTV, and others.
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities and build iterative features.
• Leverage data insights to refine strategy, define success metrics, and execute against key business initiatives.
• Implement necessary changes by reviewing existing processes, resources, and systems to maximize business performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the related solutions, application development, user experience (UX) best practices, and the competitive ecommerce landscape.
• Demonstrate experience in ecommerce and omnichannel strategies.
• Proven track record in product launches, particularly in the MENA region.
• Skills in agile development and user-centric design.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.


RequirementsQualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of the application development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with user research methodologies and a passion for user experience (UX).
• Proficiency in using product management tools and softwares.
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the ecommerce sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated success in driving product growth and achieving business objectives.
