Job Purpose

The Processing Specialist will ensure that Emirates NBD Retail Sales Department, Retail Banking Sales (RBS) is [a] complying with relevant Consumer Protection Regulations, and [b] pursuing practices that ensure sustainability of optimum sales performance and bank code of conduct. The Unit will strive for proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks and fraud in areas of process design, internal control effectiveness, digital sourcing integration, performance delivery and other relevant areas through a culture of continuous inspection of our processes, systems, and new business initiatives.

As a Processing Specialist, you will be responsible in performing field visits to perform the checks, prepare monthly MIS and coordinate with all RBS Units to have better control. He will be responsible for managing the verifications for the customers from Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experiences
  • A seasoned professional with over 8-10 years of rich and diversified experience in the area of operations, data managements and systems.
  • High level of knowledge of the credit policy, banking operations and product programs.
  • Highly achievement-oriented and accustomed to work with short time schedules.
  • Knowledge & Skills
  • Good in MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Good experience in back office/processing managements.
  • Strong operation management experience
  • Good credit and operational skills.
  • High level of computer knowledge & skills, analytical, communication and leadership abilities: Proactive, Positive, Aggressive, Service oriented & Customer Focused.
