About The Role

Join our team as an Operations - Inbound professional. Responsibilities include managing Inbound processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Responsible for Inbound & inventory operations, respond, deal, and liaise with Purchase, Sales Ops, Logistics & WH teams.
  • Monitor and ensure the receipt, GRN, Pick & Pack and releasing of goods within the agreed business SLA’s, oversee the 4M & 5S and ensure these standards are in place.
  • Coordinate, oversee and control the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and WH storage.
  • Use space and management strategy and maintain inventory accuracy at all times, keep stock control systems up to date and plan future capacity requirements in the WH.
  • Responsible for identifying the opportunities area in day-to-day operations and improving the process efficiency.
  • Motivate, organize, and train the staff, as well as monitoring their performance and progress.
  • Making sure quality, rate basis budgeted targets and safety/environmental objectives are met.
  • Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to the organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and security standards in the work environment (e.g., MHE checklist, near miss, red tag and etc.).
  • Produce regular reports and updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, communicate with management and BU on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • 2 -3 years of experience in an operational or similar role .
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms.
  • Proven organizational skills, including time management.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of U.A.E. and Jebel Ali WH/Customs rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Warehouse Management System (WMS) including MS office intermediate and above level.
  • Standardize KPI reporting across transport operations.
  • Bachelor's degree
