Job Overview
As Processor at Emirates NBD, your role is to
Support the Retail Banking Sales force with Processing and Document Due Diligence. Ensuring business is sourced within the approved policies, procedures and norms and implement & monitor the approved customer service standards to maintain delivery of consistent service levels
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the Turnaround time for various products processing.
- Responsible for DIP Checking (Documents, Income, and profiling)
- Processing on time of Fixed Deposit, Credit cards, Loans, Business Accounts, Personal Accounts Overdraft, Gold Certificates, Insurances, Salary Prepay Cards
- Handling first phase document & credit check for Credit cards and personal loan applications in adherence to the bank’s Retail credit policy
- Responsible for in-depth checking of credit card of applications and Check the applicant’s documents if they meet the credit criteria
- Handling Sales MIS Managements and maintaining sales RBEs reports
- Managing quick resolution of all the Pending Cases
Skills And Experience
- University Graduate in any field
- Over 2 to 3 years of rich & diversified experience in the area of operations, data managements, Systems.
- Extensive knowledge on the credit policy, banking operations and product programs.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in back office/processing Managements
- Well versed in excel and power point presentations
