Human Resources Executive
Overview: As an HR Executive at The Greater Change, you will play a key role in supporting our HR management consulting services across various clients in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR solutions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their HR needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- HR Consulting: Provide expertise and guidance on a range of HR services including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, contracts, policies, and procedures for clients in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related issues as required.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops on HR best practices and updates.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to clients for informed decision-making.
