Human Resources Executive

Overview: As an HR Executive at The Greater Change, you will play a key role in supporting our HR management consulting services across various clients in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR solutions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their HR needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • HR Consulting: Provide expertise and guidance on a range of HR services including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, contracts, policies, and procedures for clients in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related issues as required.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops on HR best practices and updates.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to clients for informed decision-making.

  • Salary: 3000 to 4000 AED, Plus Incentive for every client being handled.
  • No Visa will be provided
  • Learning Experience: You will be working & Learning from Ex- HR VP's , Business Development Heads, Quality Heads...who have over 25+ years of HR Experience each.
  • Annual leave and public holidays
  • 5 Day working Week

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR Executive, HR Consultant, or similar role, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) will be advantageous.
