Overview:

The job holder shall be responsible for providing the best customer experience and solutions to clubs by performing administrative duties to support daily operations. This also involves resolving tickets within deadlines and efficiently supporting member experience.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be knowledgeable on any membership management system
  • Understands and audit membership contracts in line with promotions, guidelines and terms and conditions applied
  • Attention to detail and data reporting
  • Fast learner and knowledgeable on current SOPs
  • Maintain efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality of member information


The successful candidate shall demonstrate:

  • Prior experience working on any membership management system
  • Efficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and expert user on the membership systems
  • Can do attitude and has passion to learn new things
  • Positive & solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and queries
  • Fast decision making and being a team player
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
