The Head of Brand is a senior leadership role at Nawy, responsible for shaping and executing the company's brand strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring that Nawy's brand identity is consistently represented across all channels and customer touchpoints. The Head of Brand collaborates closely with various departments, including marketing, product development, sales, and customer service, to align the brand's vision with business activities. The role also involves driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty, with the ultimate goal of contributing to Nawy's business objectives.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Nawy's vision, mission, and values.
  • Lead the creation and management of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms.
  • Lead and manage ATL marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform brand strategy and positioning.
  • Oversee the management of Nawy's digital presence, including the website, social media, and other online channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and external agencies.
  • Manage the brand budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and a high return on investment for all brand initiatives.
  • Define & manage key performance indicators (KPIs), to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives to make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture that embodies Nawy's brand values, ensuring the brand promise is delivered in every customer interaction.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a proven track record of using data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leading high performing teams ensuring growth to drive collective success
