Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance our data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies.
• Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance data science methodologies.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is a plus.
• Proven experience from (2 - 3 years) in a data science or analytical role.
• C1/C2 English proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
