The Graduate trainee program with ENBD is designed for fresh graduates aiming to build a career in the banking sector. This program equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage the bank’s Priority, Private and Business clients, Digital Wealth, and retail products.

Program Structure:

• Permanent role.
• Structured, offsite training provided by EIF for 2-3 months, depending on role.
• Off job training supported by team managers, to get to grips with the role itself.
  
  

Who you are?

• Recent College graduate with bachelor’s degree Business / Marketing/ Media or related majors.
