Requirements:

  • Russian fluent,
  • English fluent,
  • Relevant experience from 1 year,
  • Good knowledge of logistics operations,
  • Energetic, result oriented, hardworking person

with highly developed communication skills,

  • Team worker,
  • Good planning and organizational skills,
  • Experienced PC user.

Responsibilities:

  • Meetings with clients, identification of customer needs.
  • Analysis of company capabilities, preparation of commercial proposals.
  • Participation organization and coordination of interaction between
  • the client and operations team. Control of operations team response, ensure response to
  • customer requests within the deadlines previously set by the client.
  • Development and submission to the client proposals for optimizing
  • business processes.
  • Support and quality control of the services provided.
  • Regular meetings with operations team.
  • Issue invoices and control timely payments.
  • Take actions to prevent overdue receivables.
  • Organization and participation in the regular meetings with each customer.
