Overview

Ensure repair and maintenance plan is being implemented in line with AOP and R&M budget by enabling the team to deliver efficient business results.

Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance repair and maintenance plan and track site maintenance status.
  • Conduct plan for corrective, periodic, and preventive maintenance for all location related vehicles.
  • Responsible for workshop equipment and assets and ensure keeping its proper condition and its compliance against standards.
  • Review monthly spare parts items and ensure that critical items are available in stock, and request missing parts.
  • Prepare, track and control annual budget for repair and maintenance activities.
  • Manage and control team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs.
  • Responsible for scanning best external workshops with best prices and efficiency.
  • Identify if repairs will be finalized on location or through external workshops.
  • Control and tracking pitty cash advance and payment with team.
  • Responsible for delivery weekly and monthly repair and maintenance status report and deliver it to R&M Manager and involved parties.
  • Coordinate with cross function stake-holders (sales) repair and maintenance scheduled for sales trucks.
  • Responsible for managing overtime and vacation requests initiated by direct reports.
  • Draft a development plan for direct reports and ensure action plan is set for enhancement.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferred major: Automotive.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken of Arabic and English languages.
  • Very strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Very strong decision maker.
  • Strong analytical skills.
