Your role

We're seeking an English Product Copywriter to join our Marketing team. As a Product Copywriter, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting clear, engaging, and error-free content across all our channels and platforms.

Harnessing your expertise in SEO copywriting, UI writing, B2B content, and a keen eye for detail, you'll be instrumental in developing and crafting product content, B2B materials, and related content through research and insightful content creation.

Your proven ability to consistently produce high-quality work, coupled with your adeptness in navigating fast-paced environments, will be crucial. Additionally, your strong project management skills, coupled with a deep understanding of customer psychology, will enable you to create persuasive copy that resonates with our audience, revolutionizing their shopping, payment, and banking experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Crafting clear, concise, and engaging content: This involves writing content for various channels and platforms, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and is optimized for SEO. It includes everything from user interface (UI) copy to public relations (PR) materials and communication tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Leading development of messaging and content plans for product launches: This responsibility involves strategizing and planning the messaging and content for product launches, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and objectives. It requires a deep understanding of the product and its target market.
  • Executing content strategy across various media channels: This involves implementing the content strategy across a variety of media channels, including CRM campaigns, videos, blog posts, webinars, events, UI elements, SEO initiatives, and partner portal notifications. It requires versatility and adaptability to different formats and platforms.
  • Upholding high editorial standards and brand guidelines: This involves maintaining consistency and coherence across all content produced, ensuring it adheres to the brand's TOV and guidelines. It requires attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining brand integrity.
  • Optimizing content for search engines: This involves ensuring that content is optimized for search engines to improve discoverability and drive conversion. It requires knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to incorporate relevant keywords seamlessly into the content.
  • Collaborating with designers: This involves working closely with designers to enhance written content with visuals, infographics, and other multimedia elements. It requires effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure the visual and written components complement each other.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices: This involves staying informed about industry trends and best practices in copywriting to continually enhance the effectiveness of the content produced. It requires a proactive approach to professional development and learning.
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: This involves maintaining a high level of quality in work output, even under pressure and within tight deadlines. It requires the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with B2B experience.
  • Proven experience in UI copywriting and crafting user-friendly interface content.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to use keyword tools.
  • A thorough understanding of customer psychology and the ability to craft persuasive copy.
  • Successful track record in writing copy for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with social media and content marketing.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
