AlWatania Information Systems is a leading provider of SAP consulting services, specializing in helping businesses optimize their Human Capital Management (HCM) processes with SAP SuccessFactors. We are currently seeking a Senior SAP HCM/SF Consultant to join our team. As a Senior SAP HCM/SF Consultant at AlWatania, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Your expertise in both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their HR transformation goals and improve their talent management practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design SAP HCM/SF solutions that meet their HR needs.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with clients' HR policies, processes, and organizational structure.
- Develop and execute test plans, and support the testing and validation of the system.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems and modules.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors updates, best practices, and industry trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as EC, ECP
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in integrating SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems and modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
- Certification in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
