Valleysoft is a leading IT services provider based in Cairo, specializing in enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. Our team of highly skilled professionals collaborates with global partners, such as IBM, to deliver innovative and efficient ECM solutions for our clients.
We are currently seeking a Senior ECM/FileNet Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the design, implementation, and optimization of ECM solutions using IBM FileNet.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ECM and a deep understanding of IBM FileNet technologies. They will have a proven track record of successfully implementing ECM solutions and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications can be advantageous.
- Several years of experience working with IBM FileNet Content Manager. Typically, 4-7 years of experience is expected.
- A Proficiency in FileNet Deployment Manager and FileNet customization using Java.
- Experience with ECM concepts, content management, document management, and workflow solutions.
- Knowledge of system integration and data migration techniques.
- Relevant certifications such as IBM Certified Administrator or IBM Certified Solution Architect can be beneficial.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of Datacap, BPM and Case Manager is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the FileNet environment. Ensure system stability and performance.
- Design and implement ECM solutions based on business requirements. Develop custom solutions and workflows within FileNet.
- Integrate FileNet with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide advanced support for issues related to FileNet applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful ECM implementations and enhancements.
- Ensure that ECM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect content.
- Train and mentor junior staff or end-users on ECM best practices and FileNet functionalities.
