Job Summary:

As an E-commerce & Website Specialist at MEFITPRO, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and website. You will be responsible for generating business for all three verticals of the company Equipment, Nutrition, and Education. You will play a key role in driving our e-commerce strategy, ensuring the seamless operation of our online stores, and enhancing the digital shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sports retail, fitness, or wellness, with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online marketplace management. You will also manage the company and client websites in terms of design, content, and web hosting.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and other online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, etc.,

Product Management: Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management across all online channels.

SEO & SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase online visibility. Manage SEM campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive traffic and conversions.

Website Management: Manage the company's website in terms of content, design, plug-in integration, and API integration. UI/UX designing expertise is preferred.

Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to promote products and drive sales.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of online sales channels, using analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize strategies for better results.

Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience by improving website navigation, checkout processes, and customer service touchpoints.

Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in sports retail, fitness, or wellness industries.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other e-commerce tools and platforms.

Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
