We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems and components for various construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful execution of electrical designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems and components for construction projects, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
- Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using computer-aided design software.
- Perform electrical load calculations and system modeling to ensure proper system sizing and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of electrical designs.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and project meetings to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Support the procurement process by assisting with the selection of electrical equipment and materials.
- Conduct inspections and tests on completed electrical systems to ensure quality and compliance.
- Document and maintain accurate records of electrical designs and project documentation.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably within the construction industry in UAE.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address design challenges and issues.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) is a plus.
