Synopsis
This position is responsible for the handling of all sales contracts (Trade and Corporates) in regards of Sales Force. The candidate will be responsible for handling all Etihad contracts from the creation until the final calculation. This guarantees a smooth operation of various tasks and processes.
Accountabilities
Education & Experience
• Bachelors degree preferred or/+ 4-5 years work experience in a related field
• Sales experience, or experience in supporting a field sales organization desired
• Strong team player, with cultural awareness & understanding required
• Numerate and analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports
• Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role
• Strong efficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Excellent organizational skills with keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communicational skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
• Familiarities with pricing models, legal contracts and sales policies is a plus
