Synopsis

This position is responsible for the handling of all sales contracts (Trade and Corporates) in regards of Sales Force. The candidate will be responsible for handling all Etihad contracts from the creation until the final calculation. This guarantees a smooth operation of various tasks and processes.



Accountabilities

  • Contract Entry and Maintenance:
  • Accurately enter new contracts into Salesforce.
  • Maintain and update existing contracts within the system.
  • Ensure all contract data is correctly recorded and easily accessible.
  • Regularly audit the contract database to ensure information integrity.
  • Contract Compliance and Monitoring
  • Verify that all contracts are up-to-date and properly signed by all necessary parties.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are clearly documented and understood.
  • Track key contract milestones and deadlines.
  • Create reports on contract and module usage and number of contracts created
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Liaise with local market teams and internal HQ departments to ensure alignment on contract terms and performance
  • Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on best practices in contract management and Salesforce usage.
  • Propose and implement improvements to contract management processes and systems.
  • Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.





Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree preferred or/+ 4-5 years work experience in a related field

• Sales experience, or experience in supporting a field sales organization desired

• Strong team player, with cultural awareness & understanding required

• Numerate and analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports

• Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role

• Strong efficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software

• Excellent organizational skills with keen eye for detail

• Exceptional communicational skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced environment

• Strong problem solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset

• Familiarities with pricing models, legal contracts and sales policies is a plus
