On-Hire is seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to join EGY Bev team. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and oversee the successful delivery of engineering projects. You will play a key role in driving innovation, process improvement, and ensuring the team's technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth.
- Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations to gather requirements and align engineering goals with business objectives.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement within the engineering team.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the team's technical capabilities and project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving technical challenges and ensuring effective problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
