Responsibilities:

The Graduate trainee program is designed for fresh graduates aiming to build a career in the banking sector. This program equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage the bank's Priority, Private and Business clients, Digital Wealth, and retail products.

Skills & Qualifications:

Permanent role.

Structured, offsite training provided by EIF for 2-3 months, depending on role.

Off job training supported by team managers, to get to grips with the role itself.

Recent College graduate with bachelor's degree Business / Marketing/ Media or related majors.
