The Role

We are seeking experienced professionals with deep expertise in the oil, gas, petrochemical, utilities, and power industries to join our team as Part-Time Consultants/Instructors. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training courses that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to their professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Course Development: Collaborate with our curriculum team to design and develop technical training programs that align with industry standards and client needs.
• Instruction: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and online, to diverse audiences including engineers, technicians, and management professionals.
• Content Customization: Tailor training materials to meet the specific requirements of different clients and regions.
• Industry Insight: Provide up-to-date industry knowledge and share best practices with participants to enhance their understanding and application of course content.
• Participant Assessment: Evaluate the progress of participants through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, and continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• You have working knowledge of Metallurgy & Corrosion Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Analytical Laboratory, Marine & Offshore Engineering, Safety, Health & Environmental and Water & Waste Water Engineering
  
  

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:-

• A University degree preferably Master’s or PhD holders in any of the following: -
• Chemical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentations Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Metallurgy & Corrosion Engineering
• Petroleum Engineering
• Structural & Civil Engineering
• Marine & Offshore Engineering
• Analytical Laboratory
• Water & Waste Water Engineering
• Safety, Health & Environmental
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience is required
• Bilingual (English/Arabic) or Native English Speaker to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
