Job Description

  • Actively prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, educating them on FlapKap's services and advantages.
  • Present and demonstrate FlapKap's financing solutions, effectively conveying the value proposition and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement tailored strategies to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Follow up with leads and negotiate terms of engagement to ensure successful conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and continuously update the CRM system.

متطلبات الوظيفة

    • Proven track record of success in sales or telesales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Strong persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex concepts.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong customer service orientation.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
    • Familiarity with digital-native businesses and an understanding of their financing requirements will be an advantage.
    • Fluency in English is a MUST
    • Flexibility to work as per UAE working hours and days is a MUST
