Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Hirings Online in the United Arab Emirates. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, exhibiting excellent communication skills, and assisting with executive-level tasks. Clerical skills will also be utilized in this role.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
