What is the opportunity?

Provide administrative support to senior management as well as Planning Team in daily and ad hoc activities such as but not limited to trip/meeting/event arrangements, expense processing, document control, internal/external communications and schedule management.

What will you be doing?

  • Meeting/Event Arrangement (Internal/External) : Scheduling, agenda, minutes, room booking and equipment co-ordination.
  • Travel Arrangement : Trip application/approval, flight/hotel/transportation arrangements and expense processing.
  • Schedule Management (Internal/External) : Co-ordination and calendar update.
  • Communication Support (Internal/External) : Through emails, phone calls and documentations.
  • Expense Processing : Evidence collection and application.
  • Pitch Support : Re-creation from existing pitches, printing and binding.
  • Business Memo Support : Drafting, amendment, scanning, printing, sending and filing.
  • Other Document Control : Creation, registration, printing, scanning, filing, binding and recording.
  • Entertainment Co-ordination : Pre/post application/approval, scheduling, booking and reimbursement processing.
  • Other HR/Admin Related Support (When requested) : Seasonal greeting cards, year-end appraisals, training log management, authorisation memo update, job description update, etc.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Customer-centric career experience
  • Demonstrable ability to innovate, support change and problem solve
  • Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance
  • Sound knowledge of the Banking Industry
  • High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation
  • Language skills are an asset, but not essential
  • Positive and Proactive
  • Flexibility
  • Sense of responsibility / commitment
