Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for all departments within the company
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create training plans
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Deliver training sessions as needed
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Manage training budget and expenses
  • Conduct training needs assessments and make recommendations for future training initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
