We seek a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Lead to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in managing the high-volume hiring needs of our Commercial Sector. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a People and Culture Partners team dedicated to the commercial sector.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
- Manage relationships with external outsourcing agencies and channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
- Proven experience in recruitment, focusing on high-volume hiring, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
