Job Title: Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the UAE, with a strong understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and carriers to maximize profitability and ensure service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding, gateway operations, and current market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings.
