As a Consultant or Specialist Internal Medicine at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a diverse range of acute and chronic diseases and conditions in adult patients. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments of adult patients, including reviewing medical histories and symptoms
• Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic diseases and conditions in adult patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work, imaging studies, and biopsies
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
• Prescribe medications and administer appropriate treatments, adhering to established guidelines
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide patient education and counseling on managing their medical conditions
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the field of Internal Medicine

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Internal Medicine Consultant or Specialist
• Completion of a recognized residency program in Internal Medicine
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a diverse range of acute and chronic diseases in adult patients
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based medicine practices and the latest advancements in Internal Medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
