Our client, a leading company in the interior design field, is seeking to hire a talented Interior Designer.

Job Description:

Oversee the development of design concepts and ensure they align with client objectives, project goals, and budget constraints.
Lead the creation of detailed design plans, 3D renderings, and technical documentation.
Manage all project lifecycle phases, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Utilize advanced knowledge of 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and other design software to produce high-quality design outputs and technical documentation.
Solve complex design and technical challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their vision is accurately realized.
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
Lead and mentor junior designers and project staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team members are aligned with project objectives and company standards.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
4-8 years of professional experience in interior design and project management, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proven experience in managing complex projects, including budget and schedule management, client interactions, and team coordination.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software. Knowledge of additional tools and software is a plus.
