As a Consultant or Specialist Hepatology at SearchPlus HR, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and treat diseases and conditions related to the liver. Through your expertise in hepatology, you will provide specialized care to our clients and contribute to improving their liver health and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and conduct comprehensive hepatological examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including liver function tests, imaging studies, and liver biopsies
- Diagnose and treat various liver conditions, such as viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, and fatty liver disease
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient, including medication management and referrals for liver transplantation as needed
- Monitor and manage complications associated with liver disease, such as cirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of hepatology through continuous learning and professional development

- Medical degree and a valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist Hepatology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
