Job description: We are looking for someone with strong technical and interpersonal skills who can work as part of a team. The role involves close communication with external and internal stakeholders. The primary goal is coordinating / managing Ordering cycle and associated follow-up - dispatching / documentation / reporting activities - from PVM Factories and 3rd party factories (if any) to allocated set of Distributors (Customers).

JOB DUTIES: 

  • Coordinate / manage Order Cycle from receipt of Order to delivery for the allocated set of customers. 
  • Receive Order proposals from Distributors, Prepare Sales orders / Purchase orders in SAP, share it with concerned Distributors/ Sales manager and get confirmation. 
  • Share the Purchase order with factories and get confirmation from factories and receipt of orders. 
  • Track with factories on orders placed and follow up on the readiness of the order and inform Sales Team on any issues. 
  • Once Orders are ready, co-ordinate with respective factories, distributors & forwarders to arrange for shipments. 
  • Ensure required documentation for all shipments are done and given to customers in time. 
  • Address any queries / concerns of Factories / Sales team related to orders placed / Shipments for their respective distributors. 
  • Advance customers payment follow up (Before and after shipment).
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
  • Min 3 years’ experience in FMCG industry; in Logistics/ Supply Chain. Export environment is required.
  • Microsoft Office, SAP , MS projects and other Key computer applications
  • Language: Russian, English – Both languages mandatory. Any additional language is added advantage.
  • Strong functional competence; Excellent Communication; Good inter-personal skills.
