Swimming Coach

Role Description

We're looking for a Swim Coach for the Dubai location. The Swim Coach will be responsible for conducting swim training sessions, developing training programs, and supervising swimmers during competitions. The Swim Coach will also provide feedback and guidance to improve swimming techniques and performance.

Salary range-6000-7000 AED

Working days-Sunday-Thursday

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Swim Coach or competitive swimmer
• Strong knowledge of different swimming strokes and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Certification as a Swim Coach from a recognized governing body (e.g., ASCA)
• Ability to work well with individuals of all ages and skill levels
• Current lifeguard certification is preferred
• Ability to prioritize safety and enforce pool rules
• Responsible for the safety of kids in the water and teaching them how to swim and become water-safe
