Job Overview:
As a Specialist - Private Banking Services at Emirates NBD, your role is to provide personalized assistance to high-net-worth clients ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and offer dedicated high-level support to affluent clients ensuring exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction handling while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Client support and issues resolution
- Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in the Bank to ensure timely execution and resolution of client requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong understanding of financial products and market trends
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
