As a Consultant/Specialist in Foot and Ankle Surgery at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention for conditions affecting the foot and ankle. Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to improving the mobility and overall well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' foot and ankle conditions and diagnose injuries, disorders, and diseases
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including surgical interventions, to address patients' specific needs
- Perform foot and ankle surgeries, such as ankle arthroscopy, ligament repair, and corrective procedures
- Prescribe and administer medications and therapies to manage pain, promote healing, and prevent infection
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
- Closely monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists, to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, rehabilitation exercises, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in foot and ankle surgery techniques, technologies, and research
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Foot and Ankle Surgery
- Residency training in Orthopedic Surgery
- Specialization or fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery
- Proven experience in performing various foot and ankle surgeries
- Expertise in diagnosing and managing foot and ankle injuries, disorders, and diseases
- Strong knowledge of foot and ankle surgical techniques, procedures, and medical equipment
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
