Job Title: Fit-Out Project Manager

The Role:

As the Fit-Out Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire execution and delivery of interior design projects, with a strong emphasis on the design and build process. You will lead the project management team, ensuring that all projects are meticulously planned and executed. Your role will involve managing budgets, timelines, and coordination with engineers, contractors, and project managers on the ground. This is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of both design and construction, as well as the ability to lead and manage complex projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all design and build projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate closely with the design team, contractors, engineers, and on-site project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring that all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring that it meets both design specifications and construction standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, making on-the-ground decisions to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, budget, and any potential risks.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the project management team, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in managing design and build projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing project managers and on-site teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes, combined with a solid understanding of design principles.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive on-the-ground decisions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large project budget.
