Job Overview
As a Administrative Manager at Emirates NBD, your role will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations within the Group Marketing, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, supporting team initiatives, and managing vendor and supplier payments. The Administrative Manager will also play a key role in enhancing communication and collaboration across the unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations within the Group Marketing to ensure smooth business processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- Provide administrative support to the Group Marketing, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating team activities.
- Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and training sessions for the marketing team.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across various teams within the division.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Create and follow up on requests related to vendor and suppliers.
- Initiate and coordinate payments for vendors and suppliers
- Ensure all administrative activities comply with internal bank policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Participate in compliance training and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the administrative budget for the Group Marketing.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

- Experience in managing vendor relationships and overseeing operational processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
