Job Summary: Elite Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor and Executive Secretary to join our team. This dual-role position involves providing expert legal counsel while managing executive-level administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with the ability to support company operations, ensure legal compliance, and assist in executive administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Advisory:
- Offer strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advise on corporate governance and company policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.
- Represent the company in legal matters and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Conduct legal research to support the company’s business decisions.
Company Formation:- Assist in establishing new business entities, ensuring all legal requirements are met and documentation is properly filed.
Executive Secretarial Duties: - Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation and documentation of board meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
Compliance and Risk Management: - Monitor and advise on legislative changes affecting the company, recommending necessary adjustments.
- Develop and implement internal policies to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk.
Administrative Support: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Organize and maintain legal and corporate records, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance process efficiency and operational effectiveness.
