A leading travel agency based in Dubai, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining visas for international travel, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the visa application process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in completing visa applications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide guidance on visa requirements, eligibility, and processing times.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to submit applications and obtain necessary approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and embassy/consulate procedures.
- Communicate visa status updates and requirements to clients promptly and professionally.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to visa applications.
- Ensure all documentation submitted meets visa requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate travel arrangements based on visa timelines.
- Uphold standards of customer service excellence and professionalism.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Visa Consultant, Visa Officer, or similar role in a travel agency or visa service company.
- In-depth knowledge of visa procedures, embassy/consulate operations, and international travel regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and visa applications.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with visa processing software and systems preferred.
- UAE residency visa and knowledge of UAE visa regulations are advantageous.
