Qualifications
-Fluent in English (B2-C1)
-At least 0-6 months of CS experience or a work experience involving customer-interaction
-Graduate
-Free to fully commit to a full time job
-Able to commit to 24/7 rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
-Offer exceptional technical support to customers via various channels such as phone, email, and live
chat.
-Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
-Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions for problem resolution.
-Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our support system.
-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
-Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver the best possible support.
Shifts and Days Off:
-You will be part of a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
-Days off will be on a rotational basis to accommodate work-life balance
