Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of the restaurant's facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues
• Coordinate and oversee repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and restaurant equipment
• Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures preferably in UAE
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient facility management
