Experienced Agent/Dispatchers - Towing and Roadside Assistance

ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is currently hiring experienced Agent/Dispatchers for our Towing and Roadside Assistance department. As an Agent/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our towing and roadside assistance services effectively and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls from customers in need of towing or roadside assistance.
• Gather necessary information including location, vehicle details, and service requirements.
• Utilize our dispatch software and systems to input and manage customer information and service requests.
• Dispatch appropriate vehicles and resources to customer locations.
• Monitor and track the progress of service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times and any updates or changes to the service plan.
• Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of all service requests, dispatches, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with tow truck drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
