We are looking for an enthusiastic Events & Marketing Projects Lead to join our marketing dream team and take responsibility for planning/executing external marketing activities to develop and maintain brand awareness, maximize revenues, and drive partnerships and events in different verticals and locations.


Responsibilities

Partnerships

1-     Assist the Marketing Director in managing integrated marketing campaigns across all partners

2-     Prepare and communicate co-marketing funds with the marketing director and submit budget allocations in all partner portals.

3-     Submit annual/ quarter co-marketing funds in all partner portals and secure budget approvals.

4-     Liaise with all internal line of business leads in terms of creating a SMART annual marketing plan to support them in achieving partnership tiers KPIs.

5-     Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to relay product messages to customers.

6-     Prepare an annual plan for partners' roundtable events in coordination with all LoB’s unit heads.

7-     Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.

8-     Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.

9-     Create Arabic and English contents

10-  Create, edit design, and print internal publications.

11-  Send outbound emails and prepare a cold marketing plan to support generating leads for all unit heads.

12-  Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to the Marketing Director.

13-  Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and any report-related when needed.

Events and PR

1-     Prepare annual event list for technology sectors

2-     Prepare and create partnership events in KSA and local markets

3-     Create an annual recruitment event list for all Ejada branches (Egypt, KSA, and Jordan)

4-     Create a CSR event list for all Ejada branches.

5-     Lead the CSR committee and align implementation standards in all Ejada branches.

6-     Follow up on implementing all events in different verticals with all Ejada internal teams.

7-     Liaise with all internal stakeholders to prepare event marketing materials and ensure the purchasing of quality materials from different vendors.

8-     Confirm the annual budget for all different types of events and send it to the Marketing Director for final confirmation.

9-     Confirm each event budget and send the final cost to the Marketing Director to confirm budget approvals.

10-  Follow up on PR and PO preparations in all branches.

11-  Write PRs, video scripts, and all marketing content that will be used for each event

12-  Design and finalize artwork related to each event.

13-  Attend major events when requested by the Marketing Director.

14-  Write internal and external announcements related and finalize designs accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing, or a related field.

• 7 to 8 years of relevant communications experience; work experience in IT software house companies, startups, or other professional services firms is strongly preferred.

• Obtain certifications from professional associations like the American Marketing Association

• Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing marketing content; experience with web and digital content preferred.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Excellent knowledge and experience in using Design applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF Professional, Canva)

• Proven evidence in content creation and producing out-of-the-box tech content that impacts internally the communication message needed to be delivered.
