Valleysoft | Center of Excellence is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect Manager to lead our team of talented solutions architects. As a Solutions Architect Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of innovative and effective technology solutions for our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, BPM, and ECM solutions, and a proven track record in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet client needs and align with industry best practices. Additionally, the candidate will participate in presales activities, such as creating demos and writing technical proposals, and manage multiple BPM teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive solutions using Java, BPM, and ECM technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the architecture and design efforts, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with company standards.
- Participate in presales activities, including creating demos and writing technical proposals to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Manage and provide technical guidance to multiple BPM teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the software industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Java programming and related technologies.
- Extensive experience with BPM and ECM solutions, preferably within the IBM ecosystem.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable and robust solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in presales activities, including creating demos and writing technical proposals.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- IBM certification in BPM or ECM (preferred).
