About the Role


We are in search of a dedicated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute towards our client’s lead generation efforts and enrich their sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a sharp focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, demonstrating an ability to initiate meaningful conversations around our client’s DaaS and SaaS offerings.


Key Responsibilities


  • Researching and identifying potential clients, getting to know their needs, and showcasing how the company’s solutions can make a difference
  • Reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media, sharing the exciting benefits of the company’s offerings
  • Working hand-in-hand with the rest of the Sales team to qualify leads, ensuring they smoothly transition to sales consultations or product demonstrations
  • Perfecting the ability to communicate the company’s value proposition, tailoring messages to address each client's unique challenges and goals
  • Keeping detailed records of interactions and progress within a CRM system, helping maintain a transparent and effective sales process
  • Creating regular reports detailing outreach activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics, offering insights into what’s working best


The Ideal Candidate


  • You have around 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a B2B SaaS organization
  • You have experience using a CRM system; familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace suites
  • You’re a self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you pride yourself on accuracy and accountability in sales activity reporting
  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex solutions in a clear and engaging way.
  • You excel at negotiation and relationship-building, focused on creating lasting connections with potential clients.
  • You’re enthusiastic about technology and eager to deepen your understanding of the company’s comprehensive solutions.
