Jotun Egypt, the leading manufacturer of paints, coatings, and powder coatings in Egypt, is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager. In this role, you will be a vital member of the Local Management team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will also actively engage in Regional HR activities as part of the Regional HR team, playing a crucial role in shaping our company’s future.

As our new HR & Administration Manager, you will oversee all HR operations, manage administrative tasks, develop and implement HR policies in alignment with Jotun group guidelines and local laws, and support the management team as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function by utilizing Jotun's Leadership tools to develop, coach, and guide the HR team, ensuring a competent workforce that is engaged and enabled to meet Jotun's current and future needs.
  • Responsible for all HR-related activities within Jotun Egypt, including compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee mobility, labor law/relations, organizational design, leadership development, and strategic HR initiatives. In addition to managing the company’s administration team.
  • Create and implement local policies and processes in line with regional & global policies and local legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR strategy and activities support and enhance the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the assigned elements of the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) Management programs.
  • Ensure legal and governmental commitments, compliance, and requirements are met across all HR practices.


Qualifications We Look For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR management role
  • Strong understanding of global HR best practices and the ability to adapt them to local contexts.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
