  • Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including Digital, ATL, and BTL.
  • Ensure campaigns align with the company's marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the agency to produce engaging and relevant content, including campaigns, posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage the company's social media profiles and presence.
  • Manage with the agency our media campaigns and SEO updates.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and product launches to promote the company and its products/services. This may involve managing logistics, creating promotional materials, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions. This includes creating email content, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns and activities are cost-effective and within the allocated budget.
  • Work closely with partnerships, product managers, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is often preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
