Collaborate with the agency to produce engaging and relevant content, including campaigns, posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage the company's social media profiles and presence.
Manage with the agency our media campaigns and SEO updates.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and product launches to promote the company and its products/services. This may involve managing logistics, creating promotional materials, and coordinating with vendors.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions. This includes creating email content, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns and activities are cost-effective and within the allocated budget.
Work closely with partnerships, product managers, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is often preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with team members.
Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing materials and communications.
